Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OSAT account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement device within 3-5 business days.
