Yes, all electronics sold on OSAT come with a minimum 12-month limited warranty that covers hardware defects and technical malfunctions under normal use.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and manuals. A small restocking fee may apply for items that are not in like-new condition.
How can I track my order status?
